Entry: In order to enter the contest you must click the Paypal link on the official page (http://www.elvishinspirations.com/raffle) or you can mail a check or money order (you must email me for the address: chicagolineparty@yahoo.com). There is no limit on the number of tickets you can purchase. You must include your email address, as well as your real name and mailing address. Once you've entered, you will receive a confirmation email that states how many tickets you have purchased. You must enter by December 19th at noon (Eastern time).

Prizes: Winner Selection and Notification.
One winner will be chosen for the replica of Narsil and one winner will be chosen for the replica of the Sword of the Witchking (both by Astro Manufacturing). Prize is not transferable. No substitution of Prize for cash or other goods and services is permitted.

Winner will be determined by random drawing on December 20, 2003.

Odds of winning Prize depend upon the number of eligible entries in the Sweepstakes. Winner will be notified by an email sent to the email address specified on the entry form. The first name drawn will be given a choice of which sword they prefer. If they do not reply within 24 hours of the end of the contest then the second name drawn will have their choice of which sword they prefer. If winner cannot be contacted at this email address, is contacted and does not respond as directed within 14 days of attempted notification, refuses the Prize or is ineligible to accept the Prize, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner or not to award the Prize. Winner must provide a shipping address to claim Prize. Prize will be sent to winners via UPS Ground (no charge for shipping will be applied to the winners). Allow 4-6 weeks for delivery of Prize.

Eligibility: This contest is open internationally. Anyone who wants to enter may do so, and the shipping charges will still be covered by the sponsor. There is no age range enforced, and you are not required to be a member of the Chicago Line Party or the Chicago Fellowship.
